Location, Location, Location. This All Brick Detached Home sits in one of the safest and quietest communities in Washington, DC. This Spacious home will allow you to sleep up to ten people comfortably. Home is set up with Four Bedrooms (One King Size Bed, Two Queen Size Beds, One Full Size Bed and One Full Size Futon) and two full baths and one half bath. Walk out the front door to park like settings and be within ten minutes to two different Subway Stations to get you to the National Malls or your other destinations. For those who choose to drive or have rental cars this home has very convenient of street parking and a rear parking lot that can accommodate up to four cars if need be or is good for the kids to play outside in a friendly environment. Property managed by Local Real Estate Company and has now had over twenty satisfied rental guests visit this location.
