Accidental Rental Damage Insurance
$1500 Coverage for a nominal fee of $45 is required to book our rentals and must be paid at time of booking. More information about this will be sent to you when you request a quote or are ready to book.
Holiday Rates of additional $100 per night applies - Nov 21, 22, 23, Dec 24, 25, 26, 31, Jan 1, & 2.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made 30 days or less of the check-in date will not be refunded.

Exactly Like The Pictures

Kenny's place was exactly as it is in the pictures. The house was equiped with all the necessities required for a well rounded home away from home experience. The neighborhood was safe and parking was not an issue. Kenny was a gracious host, he offered to give me a tour of the neighborhood aquainting me with the local destinations that will add further benefit to our time in Brooklyn. I would definitly stay here again.

This apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos. It was clean, and very comfortable. The owner was a great host - he greeted us at check-in and took us on the tour of the local neighbourhood and all the places to eat and drink at. There were two great restaurants he recommended just around the corner that we enjoyed and would highly recommend.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and is a great alternative to hotels and if you want to get away from the noisy city.
