Greenwich Vacation Rental house

Layout of Home: First floor has the Living, Dining and Family rooms, large Front porch, Kitchen, Breakfast area, Butler's pantry and wet bar, Front hall and Mud room, two fire places and a powder room. The second floor has the Master Suite with large changing room and walk in closets and three single bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bath room. One of the bed rooms has a complete office. We can not allow pets in our home, nor can we allow smoking inside the home.

Security Deposit and Other Costs: Security deposit: $ 16,000 Owners pay for garbage removal, cable TV, domestic phone, internet access, and lawn care costs. Renters pay for International calls, Electric bill, Gas bill, Water bill and the Maid’s bill. The renter's costs are all variable and a function of use.
