Reservation and Damage Deposit: Damage Deposit equal to one night rent is required to hold your reservation. This deposit will be returned 2 weeks after check out, if there are no damages. Please note that the smell of smoke inside the house, or a police call, can result in the loss of deposit and/or eviction. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors as people live in this neighborhood year round.

Rental Policy: Rent is due, in full, 2 weeks prior to check-in date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made after that will forfeit the deposit.

Stay and Play in New Braunfels, Texas!

Mark and I spent a delightful weekend in New Braunfels! This charming and cute little cottage on Market Street was home for us. A trip to the Bakery! WOW! Strolling down the main street was just fun! A must see is the 150 year old hardware store right there on Main Street. A trip to Gruene is also a must. We found Gruene Hall to be hopping with entertainment and neat people. Texas Tubes is out the front door and a 3 minute walk. The river was awesome! We sat on the back porch and read. Loved the front porch swing and found the little cottage to be heaven. Dishwasher, Washing Machine, AC, Dryer, all the finest of appliances! You could't ask for anything more!
The Train at Landa Park was so much fun. We needed a retreat from the world and the Market Street Cottage provide a sanctuary for fun, play, rest and relaxation!

This house was perfect!! So clean, so cute, and the owners did not forget a thing. This was truly the easiest and best experience with renting I could imagine. The house was spacious and in easy walking distance from the river to float. It was a great weekend and we could come back anytime!!

A group of 10 of us stayed at The Market Street House in early June 2009. We were all VERY pleased; so much so that we hope to make a return trip soon! The house is gorgeous and very well equiped, with great attention paid to even the smallest of details! The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The location cannot be beat - we loved being able to walk just down the road to float the Comal! I would highly recommend the Market Street House. A perfect 10!

I would compare our stay to that of a 4 star hotel only better. The owners tried to think of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable and they did a great job. The house is also centrally located. We walked to the river to go tubing. It was a great place for a family or a couple to stay.
