2 Bedroom-2 Bath LUXURY Vacation Condo w/library and Balcony. Rollaway available

Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is as warm and comfortable as our Scottsdale sunny weather. The condo is fully equipped, as it was our own residence, with all the personal touches of a luxury residence. The large, open kitchen has granite counter tops, both baths have marble fixtures. The master suite is quiet and restful, and prepared with lots of fluffy towels and soft linens.

The family room has a large, 62' wide screen to make watching movies or sporting events simply fabulous. There also is a fireplace with gas starter. And the lovely porch, with a view of Pinnacle Peak, is accessible from the family room.

There is a laundry room with large, front load washer and dryer, as well as a stainless steel wash sink. Detergents provided.

The library/office, with high speed Internet provided, has a large desk. And there is an excellent selection of books.

Our previous long-term renters have told us that this is the cleanest, best equipped rental that they have stayed in.

Grayhawk : The community of Grayhawk offers the visitor and resident the best of Scottsdale. The famous Grayhawk Golf Club, a public golf course, includes the award-winning 40,000 square foot clubhouse, with golf shop, fine dining, including Phil's Grill (named after Phil Mickelson at his home course here) and Quill Creek Cafe. There are 30 miles of hiking, cycling, and jogging trails, as well as a neighborhood shopping center with restaurants and modern, large grocery, all available by foot. The Grayhawk area is home to the Phoenix Open, the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, the Arabian Horse Show,and many other Valley-Of-The-Sun tennis, golf, and equestrian events.

North Scottsdale: In close proximity, the resident or visitor will be able to enjoy the MAIN Street concept of Kierland, the Desert Ridge outdoor complex of shops restaurants, and movies, and Market Street, a part of D.C. RANCH, with fine restaurants and specialty stores.

Camelback Road, Old Towne Scottsdale, the new Canal area, and Scottsdale Fashion Square are a short 20 minutes south on the Loop 101. There are more fabulous restaurant choices than there are days to visit them!!

This fabulous, warm and homey condo is walking distance from restaurants and shopping, as well as very close to Loop 101, and 3 blocks from Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital at Grayhawk. Only 25 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and well located for all Valley of the Sun activities and amenities.

Golf: Scottsdale has over 200 golf courses! And play is year-round. Grayhawk Golf Course is Phil Mickelson's home course, and is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo and we made an excellent choice. Trude was so nice to work with and answered our questions promptly even on her vacation. She is a pleasure to work with which to me is very important. The condo was immaculate and the layout is terrific. This condo has everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and work out room was so clean and well equipped. The location is perfect close to stores and only a few miles to jump on the highway. Everything you would need is centrally located. I'm sure if you choose to stay here on your vacation you would not be disappointed. This is truly a 5 star condo.

We enjoyed our family gathering at your home! Thanks for being so prompt in responding to all my questions. We were glad we chose your home for our stay. The location was fabulous. Many awesome restaurants around but a great fully-equipped kitchen to make our own meals, too! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the layout of the home. The cot in the library was perfect, too!

We day-tripped to Sedona (which was a breeze from this location.) The pool is just across the drive and down the sidewalk. Convenient location. We loved the covered area at the pool! It was a perfect place to camp out for the day around the pool. It was perfect to pull into the garage and not climb into a hot car!

We would certainly recommend your lovely home to friends!

We cannot say enough good about this condo rental. Clean, perfect size, excellent location, everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is beautiful and close. We spent alot of time on the deck, and enjoyed walking to local shops.Trude was always in touch with us if we needed anything,and how nice to have a Condo with all the little extras already there.

Beautiful Arizona Condo

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at this condo. It is a beautiful place and very well appointed. It is close to shopping and hiking trails and the complex itself is very quiet. The pool and hot tub are great and the workout room has everything needed if you so desire. Trude and Ernie have been wonderful hosts and are extremely easy to work with. We look forward to staying again and would highly recommend this rental.
