When notice is given within the time frame indicated on your initial accepted quote, reservation deposit is refunded in full. The access and proximity to the sands and waves is a rare find! This unit offers exceptional ocean views. You are at one of Maui's most beautiful swimming and snorkeling areas. Enjoy observing a variety of sea life from angel fish to sea turtles and watch the whales from your balcony during season.
You are never far from a large variety of activities. Close proximity to 'The Shops at Wailea' and several major hotels that offer events, beachfront, shops, restaurants, and galleries for your enjoyment: such as 'Four Seasons Maui', The 'Kea Lani Resort' and the 'Grand Wailea. The Mana Kai Maui is near golf facilities: several first class golf courses in Wailea and Makena; and only a short drive away from Wailea Tennis Club. For those who love to see it all, our location is a convenient starting point to access all parts of the island.

I have been going to the Mana Kai for the past 10 years, and have stayed in several units (all priced comparatively). This condo #204 was by far the best! Beautifully furnished, fully stocked, amazing view, with full amenities at the Mana Kai (pool, best beach on Maui, activity desk). In addition, the property manager, Sylvia Dodge was great to work with, and the cleaning company did an immaculate job!! What more can you ask for? We will definitely be back next year!
The condo itself is exceptionally well taken care of and beautifully maintained. The decor is sophisticated and modern yet still "beachy", as befits an oceanside condo. It is extremely well outfitted with all the amenities one could expect, and then some. From the stash of beach chairs, boogies boards and sand toys, to small but appreciated gestures, like chocolates on the pillow and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and coffee for that first morning. They also provided garbage bags and dish soap, and there were lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc. to cook almost anything. To top it off, is that fantastic seaside view!! Can't beat that almost anywhere. Having a wonderful restaurant down below along with a great sushi bar, was an asset. And the convenience store is also very well stocked with just about anything and everything. There is also a surf shop on site that rents out all sorts of water equipment. The Mana Kai is located close to Kihei shops and also the Shops of Wailea, and also to a variety of wonderful beaches.
We have been staying at the Mana Kai Maui for many years and LOVE this place. Perfect/excellent location right on the beach. Beautiful condo that has been upgraded, with amazing decor. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great location on the second floor. You can use the stairs, located very near this unit. Loved falling asleep hearing the ocean waves! Spent a lot of time on the lanai, watching the whales! Great place for our group of 4. We will continue to stay here on any return trips.
We have stayed in many vacation homes and I think this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It is highly upgraded and everything appears to be almost brand new. The beds are comfortable and from the master bed, you are looking at the ocean as soon as you open your eyes. Its fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the second bedroom has its own fridge and coffee maker. The property is a beachfront resort with a lovely restaurant, a fully stocked deli store and nice rental shop for beach items but the condo does come with boogie boards, beach and pool toys and a cooler. It is a place you will long to go back to. If we visit Maui again, we would definitely want to stay here again!
Thank you! We had a fantastic time with another couple on Maui staying in unit 204. The unit was well styled and appointed with all amenities needed. It was nice being on the 2nd floor and being able to use the stairs frequently instead of waiting for the elevator to the beach or car. One of the guide books rated the below 5 Palms restaurant one of the "best sunset happy hour locations on the beach", making the deck in the condo a perfect (and more economical) alternative. Great location close to Kihei, Wailea, and south beaches like Makena State Park where we made day trips.
If you're looking for a younger crowd be advised most of the folks here when we stayed were 60+. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of 5, was that it appears the "2 bedroom" is actually 2 bedrooms, but the second king bed is in the living room across from the couch. I guess I didn't look close enough, or a better description and picture including the whole room would show this. We had no issue as we are all close friends.

This was our second stay in beautiful unit 204. The unit is nicely decorated, very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The property is right on a spectacular walking and swimming beach and there is a great saltwater pool for tanning and swimming. We've vacationed in Maui many, many times and this is our favorite place to stay.
Two premium dining restaurants, one on site; the other, a short walk from Mana Kai Maui Resort. Watch whales from your room during the season. Certain water activities are prohibited during 'whale season'. Enjoy beautiful beachfront lawn area to play and relax - only a few steps to water's edge. Pool with lounge area. Yoga classes by Yoga Path at ocean level of the Mana Kai. (There is a charge for classes) Book your activities at the activities counter on ocean side of lobby. Enjoy all day service at the Five Palms Restaurant. A deli/convenience store is also on property. Rent your surf board, kayak, paddle board, snorkeling gear, or bicycle on site at the Surf Shack. Have a great vacation.
