Beautifully remodeled ski and summer home with neighborhood access to Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, amazing hiking and biking trails, and private park with swimming lake, beach, tennis courts and huge field/BBQ area which is amazing in summer. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps two comfortably and three full bathrooms. House has new hickory floors, alder doors and trim, decks in front and back, large hot tub, flat screen TV, wireless access, office and laundry room. The property backs to a running creek and has view of the creek and surrounding mountains. Off the access road for Alpine Meadows Ski Resort in North Lake Tahoe. One mile from Squaw Valley ski resort and four miles to Tahoe City and the Lake. Access to skiing, beach, hiking, mountain biking trails all in neighborhood.
