Relax in this bright and comfortable home ideally located in town on a quiet one-way street. 7 minute walk to Main Street or a short bike ride to Steps Beach. The newly renovated basement is perfect for families traveling with nannies. This home also has a new central air and heating system, a large back deck for entertaining, and hardwood floors throughout.

First floor: entry hall, large kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, half bath, fireplaced living room. Large deck with grill, teak dining set, and outdoor shower . Large backyard. Off street parking for up to 3 cars.

Second floor: Three of the four bedrooms are on this floor along with 2 full bathrooms. One is a large master bedroom suite with king bed and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds and the 3rd bedroom has one full bed.

Lower level: 4th bedroom with queen bed and twin bed. Half bathroom. Common area with queen bed, sofa and TV. Private entrance. Full size windows

I just wanted to thank you for everything, we loved 8 New Mill and had such a wonderful weekend. My family absolutely loved the open space of the house, being that close to town, and Nantucket overall. Thank you very much for being such a pleasure to work with throughout. Hi Stephanie.

We are just off the ferry headed home after our week in Nantucket.
I don't know if you own the house at 8 New Mill St. or are the agent for it, but it was lovely. And although we only used a few of the of the rooms, it was perfect for us.
We loved the location, size of the rooms, and the yard. It was so much fun to be able to travel with Abby. It was our first trip with her, and a great joy to be able to bring her to one of our favorite places in the world.
We hope to return again soon!
