Location, location, location. Easy in out Hwy I-5, 99, 518 and 509. Newly renovated condo - 2 bedroom, 1 bath, new kitchen, windows, floor, carpet, molding, appliance, cabinet, and new deck. Convenient location close to the bus. Walk to downtown Burien new town square, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, banks. The 1980 Condo building has completely updated apartment, allowing you to come to Seattle and enjoy all of the featured comforts of home while fully experiencing this Beautiful city. Apartment is 800 square feet complete with a queen size bed and a bunk bed, a dining room with seating for four, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room with a pull out sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Free parking. We have 4 unit in the building. iF you see the date for this unit is not available please call. We usually have some thing available for other unit.

we was very impressed with our stay at this condo, comfortable beds,many store and downtown is easy to get to. We enjoy our stay and the price is so good. Highly recommend it to anyone. This condo will be our choice for all future visits to seattle.

Cheapest is right!

We rented this condo at the last min b/c we were attracted by the title of the "best deal in town". There were two couples and it seemed to be a better deal than getting one a hotel with two beds.
The owner was helpful with a last min deal, which was nice.
When we got there is was kind of a disappointment. It was definitely NOT in the best neighborhood!!
There is no air conditioning and although it was furnished the furniture was a little on the shabby side, but we were ok with that.
What was very inconvenient was the sink, it would not drain! If the sink was half full it took at least 20 mins for it to drain. So it ruined any plans of cooking breakfast at the condo.
The worst was upon the arrival we discovered old coffee grinds with growing mold inside the coffee maker.
On the good side, the place was clean, the beds were fine, there were clean towels and there was a nice bathtub.
Overall the property was fine but I would probably not stay there again.
