This is your Ultimate Private Oasis for the most fun beach vacation. Much closer to beach access than most other rentals homes, approximately 500 feet to the ocean. It is not on busy A1A. You will probably spend as much time relaxing in the very private pool & garden area as you will on the beach. Our location is about 3 miles from the busy tourist area of Daytona Beach in the best part of the peninsula. Close to several 'Old Florida' type restaurants. Vacation never felt so good. You will love it! Please note: This is a quiet residential area. We can not allow spring-break type parties. Peaceful guests are very welcome. This is a non-smoking residence. At least one person in party is requested to be 30 years old.

Grocery stores approx. 3-5 miles away. Daytona International Speedway, Airport and Volusia Mall about 10-11 mile drive.
