For extra sleeping find Queen size Sleeper-Couches,with comfortable air filled mattresses, in both the Living and Great Room. Cook in the well equipped Kitchen or grill on 1st floor Patio. These two house are both part of a 4 house complex and are within feet of each other. Both have very similar floor plans and furnishings. Great place to stay!

The house was fabulous! We were there for the IronMan and the location was perfect. Easy walk to both start and finish and great spot for watching the last leg of the bike. Everything is so well marked, so no questions about where to find something or how to operate anything. And the house is spotless!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

We spent our Honeymoon at the Porter Beach House. What a wonderful week it was!! The house was perfect, so comfortable with everything needed for a stay at the beach. We loved being able to open the sliding door in the master bedroom and listen to the ocean. We used Alanas "BOOK" of things to do and places to eat every day!! our favorite breakfast place was Mary's we walked there almost every morning (get the french toast!!) . It was nice having & bikes and beach chairs etc... If I would have cooked that week, I would of had everything there I needed.
This house is one of the best rentals I have seen because the Porters made it feel like our home, the packet that we got had all the information we needed for the house, very detailed which made check-in and check-out a breeze!

Thanks again for a wonderful week! The kids want us to take them now!!

Great first experience!

This is the first time we have spent more than a few hours at the beach and it was wonderful! Being there over the Labor Day Weekend was just what our extended family (13 of us) needed to recharge our batteries after a very busy summer. The house was more than adequate for all of us and the amenities and beach toys were great! Thanks to Gary and Alana for sharing their home with us for a great first several day experience at the beach house. We hope to make our way back to the "Porter Beach House" again sometime in the near future!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This is the first time we have spent more than a few hours at the beach and it was wonderful! Being there over the Labor Day weekend was just the relaxing getaway we all needed to get our batteries recharged from a busy summer. The Porter Beach House was more than adequate for our children and grand children (13 in all) and all of the amenities and beach toys were a great hit for the family. We especailly enjoyed breakfast on the upper deck, morning and evening walks on the beach/ pier and the local shops and restuarants. We would like to thank Gary and Alana for sharing their home with us so we could enjoy time with our exteneded family. We hope to find our way back to the Porter Beach House sometime in the near future!

Amazing Place!

We had a wonderful time at your beach house. The location is great! Not only is the water and sand right out the door but the shops around town are within easy walking distance. The Farmers Market is a great attraction as well. The beach house was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Having so many things already there made packing very simple. Normally we would have to take a trailer full of boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, bedding and more. Having these items already there made the trip so much more enjoyable! Taking short bicycle rides each day was very relaxing. Early morning beach walks are amazing and beautiful. All of our family thoroughly enjoyed our time and we will be back!
