Beautiful 2 bedroom condo for rent by owner on Sand Cay beach. Perfect for families, this vacation rental features flat screen TV's in every room, fine furnishings and everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Please read our reviews, you won't be dissapointed!!

The condo is unit 208 at the Sand Cay Beach Resort. Located on the second floor with elevator or stair access, there is nothing better than staying at a resort on its own section of beautiful beach. The condo has all that you need for a relaxing vacation, down to beach toys for your children. The beach has lounge chairs for your use and also a heated pool. Also on site are shuffle board and tennis, and we have rackets on hand for your use.

This gorgeous condo is on the luxurious island of Longboat Key. The condo is very spacious with a very open floor plan. Located in the center of Longboat this complex is within a short drive to culture filled Sarasota.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor (elevator access) and has been newly remodeled from floor to ceiling! It is unit #208. On site: laundry, video library, welcome desk, and ample parking spaces. The resort is handicapped accessible with elevators. The resort is located one mile from a Publix (supermarket) that offers good options in terms of food and beverages. A pharmacy is adjacent to the supermarket. Bicycle rental is available at Ace Hardware, 5 minutes from the resort. Beside the resort is the Hilton hotel, which rents sea-doos and small catamarans. There are many restaurants on the Island that offer a variety of types of foods at different price levels. A few minutes south of the resort is St. Armands' Circle, which offers a multitude of boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lovely 'promenade'. You will enjoy the pace and the security of this island and the quality of foods. Find the Sand Bar on Anna Maria Island, or discover the Mar Vista less than 3 miles north.

We had a fantastic time at Sandy Cay. It was our first vacation with our baby and the property was perfect for our situation. The condo was clean well equipped for kids-it was so nice that we did not have to rent a highchair or pack and play. Our son had a blast and we enjoyed family time and quiet grownup dinners on the balcony. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well appointed. Great view of Gulf. The resort was very family friendly, although that may have been since it was Spring Break. Thank you.

Spacious updated condo

We had a great time at this condo. The living area was very large and the kitchen was beautifully updated with all the supplies included. The bedrooms were great size however the second bedroom had a bunk bed which wasn't really good for the guests we had, but would be great for kids. The pool was great and heated but there was no hot tub. The laundry facilities were free and conveniently located right next to the pool so you could do laundry and swim at the same time! Also, we really enjoyed the beach box with the pails and shovels to borrow.

This was the most beautiful, most stocked, most appointed place we've ever rented on vacation. The kitchen had everything you'd ever want to cook your meals, beach toys, beach towels, umbrella, board games, etc. Even the sofa bed was ok! Now I know that I could have left alot of the stuff I packed home. Really nice dishes and plenty of them. nice beah area, complete with chairs. grounds well-kept, people very friendly. The shuffleboard was well-used by my visiting teenage grandson. Family who day visited were impressed and said they would keep itin mind when looking for a getaway. Can you tell that we loved it???? A great place - one I'm sure we'll go back to!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Travelling with our 9-mth old son, this condo provided great flexibility for him to nap, eat and play while still feeling like we were on vacation. The heated pool was perfect for the little guy and the close proximity to the beach allowed lots of walks. The patio gets great sun exposure so we could still enjoy the sun while he napped. Pack N' Play and high chair greatly reduced the amount of gear we needed to bring along.
