Tag Knot Cottage. Located within walking distance of the beach, the coast cottage community provides a quaint, charming, vacation atmosphere. The community features brick paved streets, an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages. Tag Knot Cottage, located at 20 Coast Cottage Lane, features 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, plus a kid friendly dormitory type bunkroom with 2 twin beds and 2 sets of bunks. NOTE: The 2 twin beds (the hanging beds)and two sets of bunk beds are in the bunkroom on the 3rd floor - right side tower. The bathroom is located on the 3rd floor in the left side tower. You will need to walk outside to the other tower to use the 3rd floor bathroom. Completely renovated in 2009, this home includes a fabulous very large covered deck with tremendous ocean views! This feature alone makes Tag Knot cottage stand out as one of the preferred Coast Cottages. Bedding includes: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Sets of Bunks.

  • Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations: Daily & Weekly Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the base rental amount, not including taxes and fees, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance owed will be collected 60-days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60-days of arrival date require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the base rental amount, when notice is given more than 60-days prior to arrival. Should cancellation occur within 60-days of arrival, all deposit monies paid to date will be forfeited.
