Luxury and comfort are yours from the moment you enter this direct ocean get away. The fully equipped kitchen includes a walk in pantry, granite counters, breakfast bar with 2 stools and stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a round table and 6 chairs. The Living room/dining room combo features high ceilings, a wall of sliding glass doors (to view the ocean), pocket lighting and pendant lamps all on dimmers make for the perfect ambiance..day or evening. There are two over-sized chairs each with ottomans and couch, flat screen TV and entertainment center all for your comfort and enjoyment. Indialantic One Condos were built in 2007 and include a complex spa, lap and lounge pool, private beach access, rec room, convenient and secure under the building parking and 2 elevators.
