The pretty apartment complex lies on a hillside in a wonderful, quiet location about 350 m. from the lake and from the town centre. The holiday apartment comes with satellite TV and radio. You have a lovely view of the lake. Inside there is an entrance hall with a reception desk, seating and games. In the cellar you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a drinks fridge, in case you don’t want to bring your own. You can try out our bakery catering service as soon as you get up in the morning. Outside you will find a sunbathing lawn with our very own playpen and a barbecue area. You can relax in the sauna or the solarium.

Schalkenmehren, the well-know lakeside village, lies at the heart of the Vulkaneifel region, set in a wonderful landscape of low-lying mountains ideal for practicing sport and other leisure activities. There are many lakes and maars (crater lakes) in the area. You will find an attractive selection of excursion destinations in the surrounding countryside. There are many good places to eat out and go shopping as well.

Eine wundervolle Woche in der Eifel

Unser Urlaub vom 310809-080909 war sehr schön. Die Villa und der Service haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa liegt landschaftlich sehr reizvoll. Der Vermieter nahm vor der Reise von selbst Kontakt zu uns auf und holte uns sogar vom Bahnhof in Daun ab. Wir bekamen von ihm sehr schönes Infomaterial. Wir umwanderten die Maare, besuchten die Städte Daun und Reichsburg, Des weiteren machten wir eine Moselfahrt mit Schleusung Richtung Beilstein. Einen sehr schönen Tag verbrachten wir in Trier, wo wir die Porta Nigra, die Basilikar und die Kaiserthermen besuchten. Am Abreisetag brachte uns der Vermieter Herr P. zu unseren Zug nach Gerolstein. Wir möchten uns nocheinmal für den guten Service bedanken und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen !

Wir empfehlen: Villa am Maarberg !

Wir haben soeben 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Vulkaneifel verbrachtund haben uns direkt in diese einmalige Gegend verliebt. Von unserer Wohnung aus konnten wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück eine tolle Panoramasicht auf das Maar und die Landschaft geniessen.
Die Wohnung lässt nichts an Ausstattung vermissen und der Vermieter sowie seine Mitarbeiterinnen sind immer zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Vermieter wurden wir beim "Einchecken" ausführlich eingewiesen und die Möglichkeiten, welche sich hier in der Eifel bieten (Natur/Kultur/Fun/etc.), wurden uns vorgestellt.
Wir sind sicher, im nächsten Jahr wieder ein paar schöne Wochen zu verbringen !

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung erlebt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet,für 2 Personen sehr geräumig.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter, der Brötchendienst hat sich echt gelohnt, das waren keine aus dem Backautomaten, sondern absolut klasse.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung und auch die Umgebung nur empfehlen

Das Objekt wurde wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Sehr gut gelegen und gepflegt.Wir wurden durch den Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Durch die shr gute Information durch den Vermieter waren wir schnell im Bilde, über die Umgebung sowie die Möglichkeiten im Haus zu wirken.
Dieses Objekt sowie der Vermieter sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden noch mal hierher kommen.

Eine Woche gemütliches Zuhause

Uns empfingen kompetente, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die uns eine saubere, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung übergaben. Vom Brötchendienst bis zur schnellen Hilfe bei Problemen war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir haben vor, im nächsten Jahr von hier aus die nächsten der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.
Die entsprechenden Angaben im Internet über die "Villa am Maarberg" haben sich als zutreffend erwiesen.
