This older classic beach cottage features a huge front screened porch and limited beach views. It is located across the street from the beach walkover for easy access. The home has been recently renovated with two new bath remodels. Folly Beach is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for beach-combing, surfing, surf-fishing, kayaking, and boating. Local restaurants and clubs provide great food and live music on the weekends. Located 10 minutes to historic Charleston, SC with top rated restaurants and shopping. Historic home and garden tours are available. Golf courses are plentiful throughout the area.
