What To Do:
There is plenty to do for boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, or fishing at the public boat ramp one block away. The rental home has a nice view of Galveston Bay, two large porches, plenty of parking for boats, jet-skis, RVs. The front and back yard is fenced in. You can drop your boat in the water at the boat ramp and go to Kemah by boat! The NASA Space Center, Armand Bayou, Schlitterbahm Waterpark, Texas City Dike and of course Kemah's Boardwalk are just a few of the near by attractions. Kids love this place. There are restaurants and shopping nearby.
In the House:
This home has everything new in it from couches to beds, carpet to paint. A Big Screen TV is in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, stereos, new washer & dryer, large decks with outside lawn furniture. We just remodeled and added a 2nd bath! A nice large Shower! We take pride in keeping this house very clean! There are 3 King-Size Beds and 4 Couches. Also an office and a den area for sleeping. The office has room for an air mattress if more beds are needed. We furnish a coffee pot with coffee! Also, a hair dryer, bath soap, shampoo is there if you need it. Just bring sunscreen! - There is a Target and Walmart nearby. And of course, great restaurants to eat at!
Parking:
Plenty of room for parking large RV or trailing a boat. There is covered parking too. The house is has a fenced in yard.
