Our penthouse beachfront condo is a great place to relax and vacation and easy to get to for both domestic and international vacationers. There is so much to do including golf, sailing, jet skis, charter boats/rentals, fishing, scuba diving, aerobics, crafts, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, backpacking, bike trails, biking on the beach, horseback riding, kite flying, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, skateboarding, ice cream eating (yes, a sport), cinemas, theme parks, dolphin watching, shopping, dinner cruises, theme parks - just too much to list including all the world class entertainment and pro sports of a major city like Tampa. You can engage all and/or relax on the beach and listen the sound of the surf!

  • Penthouse Beachfront Condo from weekly specials of $1,095 to $1,895 depending on week selected.
  • Saturday to Saturday Rentals - please inquire as there may be some flexibility.
    Penthouse is personally owned, personally cared for and well managed - no smoking and no pets please.
    Families and children of all ages welcome, and Reef Club is excellent for all ages.
    With living room leather sleeper sofa can accommodate 10 - add $100 per person per week over 8.
    $500 deposit per week guarantees your reservation. Credit cards welcome. Rent does not include $125 cleaning and 12% Florida sales/resort tax. There are no hidden charges.
    Extended stays in this penthouse beach condo are welcome from 2-3 weeks to monthly and long term rentals. Contact owner for special arrangements, corporate accommodations, weddings, family/corporate events or any special booking requirements.
  • In some weeks end-September, October, first half November and early December some rate flexibility if still open within two weeks of booking. Again, please contact owner. Note: personal security lock code is provided at day of check in only - providing you with your unique security lock code day of check in. Key access available if requested in advance at nominal charge - again contact owner.

Use the innovative plantation shutters for privacy in the living room and the vertical shutters in the master bedroom. Fold the plantation shutters up and slide to the left. Then expand and they magnetically click into place - wonderful privacy and control of your penthouse ocean view. The condo has tasteful accessories throughout and a gorgeously mirrored wet bar. You will be provided with your own security pass lock code for entry at time of final reservation. Don't need a car - extended stay convenience: Great feature - you can take a shuttle from the Tampa Airport to Indian Rocks Beach - about $26. Also, and for one price ALL DAY, the Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) with unlimited stops - all for one price! Again, you don't need a car - other family members can arrive earlier/later when you give them your security code. AND if you do have a car (or are on business) the significant others can still get around - if they are not at the beach or the pool all day long. Again, great shuttle to the airport and great trolley on the beach - you don't need a car.

Rentals and packed sand: There are many rentals within 5 miles: skiing, para-sailing, jet-ski - check out the owner's webpage a few lines below for even more information, phone numbers and links . . . . The packed sand is great for jogging, bike riding or just walking on the beach. Watch the Seabirds at eye level as they glide by your Reef Club vacation penthouse.

Restaurants and places: Best ice cream in the world! Candy Kitchen - they make their own - go there. They have the same ice cream at 'Candy Kitchen' (one block north of Reef Club . . . just the portions are not as large :). Salt Rock Grill - atmosphere! Great value - surf & turf - more . . . go before 5:00 for extraordinary prices! Crabby Bill's - Seafood - always happening. THE Pub - down the street. Dine at the outside bar evenings and watch the Intracoastal. TJ's Italian Pizza, Picata and Sea Bass. Maggie Mae's Sunrise Cafe - in Sand Key for great breakfasts. Try the bagel Tuna for lunch at Lighthouse Doughnuts - and of course the donuts and breakfasts are great! Canadians say 'We had their bagel sandwiches and they were better than the Canadian ones! All the above located on Gulf Boulevard.

What a great week!!

The condo is perfect. The owners are great and easy to work with. We have an almost 2 year old and the condo didn't have a crib or highchair yet, so the owner went and got them for us. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, well furnished. The condo is just as represented by the pictures - if not even better. There are beach toys for the kids (and adults - we bought a boogie board and left it there for others to use.) The overall complex is very nice - pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills, etc. However each condo is individually owned and we heard several people complaining about how their condo was furnished, things not working, dirty, etc. This condo is definitely one of the nicest in the complex. We were literally the envy of all of the other people staying at the complex. The beach is not crowded at all (compared to Clearwater Beach which is only about 15 minutes away). There are several good restaurants nearby (Keegan's, PJ's, etc.) and one evening we went to a local fish market and came back to the condo and grilled seafood that was caught that morning! Depending on traffic, Sea World and Busch Gardens are a little farther than travel guides lead you to believe, but still close enough for a day trip. If we go back to the Tampa area (which we most likely will) we would definitely stay at this condo.

Better than we expected

Our vacation could not have been better! The condo is nicer and seems larger than the pictures reflect. Seven family members stayed of which one was a 4 yr. old. No need to take or purchase any beach toys for children that age! Two large containers in the master bedroom stuffed full. We took our laptop and used Ricks wireless internet number, large t.v.'s in master and living room (t.v.'s in others too), view is killer, area food is great along with many things to do for all ages. The only thing I did not see on their list were blow driers. I asked Rick, he said one was provided but would have another waiting - and he did. I could go on because it was such a great vacation and this condo was key to our comfort, relaxation, and just being together. If you spend your vacation here you will not be dissatisfied. HAPPY TRAILS!
