About Nancy and Bob Sackman
We reside in DeLand, Florida, and are retired. We have always loved the Keys and this is our favorite place to visit. We have 4 grown, married kids and 11 grandchildren. Our family adores the water and all activities that go along with it.
Nancy and Bob Sackman purchased this house in 2006
Why Nancy and Bob Sackman chose Duck Key
We purchased this property in 2006. After purchasing we did extensive renovations to the home. We love the fact that this home is on a flow through canal, but does not have a house directly facing you across the canal. It is private, comfortable and inviting. We walk out onto the screened covered lanai every morning and say 'Another Beautiful Day In Paradise'!
What makes this house unique
The wonderful thing about the Keys is the fact that there is so much to do. Go off in the boat, swim in the pool, fish, go to Key West, or do absolutely nothing. The view is so beautiful. You can open a book and hang out on the lanai all day. In the evening the canal is your very own large fish aquarium. We fish from the dock and catch snapper, jacks, grunts, grouper, and many other assorted fish. Sometimes we have a shark or two!
