Lush tropical island lifestyle at it's best! Located at Mile Marker 61 on prestigious Duck Key. This Keys home has the best the Keys has to offer. Newly renovated and has everything you will need to make this one of the best vacations you could possibly dream of.

Dockage for your boat: Large boat dock can dock up to a 30 ft. boat. Dock has fresh water and electric. The house is on is a flow through canal, which means great fishing right from the dock!. Easy boating access to the Gulf or Ocean. Boat ramp is located at Hawks Cay.

Pool: The pool has a 4 to 5 ft. depth, with an attached spa. The pool may be heated in winter months for an additional $300.00 per week charge. Heating is not necessary in spring, summer and fall. Pool area has a large covered lanai area. Please, Never leave children unattended.

Area attractions: 10 minutes drive to Marathon

20 minutes to Islamorada

1 hr. 20 minutes to Key West

2 hrs & 20 minutes to Miami International Airport.

Located in Marathon are grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, and churches.

Hawks Cay has a wonderful dolphin facility, and restaurants.

The Dolphin Research Center, south 5 miles is located on Grassy Key.

The Turtle Hospital is in Marathon.

Deep sea and back country fishing is available at Hawks Cay, Captain Hooks in Marathon, Holiday Isle in Islamorada, and Key West.

Rental Boats at Captain Hooks, Marathon.

Bahia Honda State Park, fantastic Beach and State Park, 40 minutes south.

Sombrero Beach, Marathon. Dog friendly beach.

Looe Key Underwater State Park, 50 minutes South, is a fantastic snorkel and dive site.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $500.00 refundable security deposit
  • Once your dates have been decided I will email you a contract. Contract must be returned within 10 days of the email, with your $525.00 Reservation deposit or your reservation may not be available. $500.00 is your security deposit which is refundable and returned to you within 14 days of your departure. $25.00 is a non-refundable reservation fee. Rates are $386.00/night plus 12.5% tax and cleaning fee of $250.00. The balance of all rent, taxes and cleaning fee to be paid 60 days in advance of your occupancy. The refundable security deposit will be held until after cleaning and inspection. The amount of refund is based upon the condition you leave the house, and is mailed with-in 2 weeks of your departure. The cleaning fee includes 4 loads of laundry. If additional laundry is done by the maid it will be deducted from the security deposit and a itemized statement will accompany the balance of the security deposit being refunded.
