Plus this is open to the dining area with a table for 8 plus a breakfast bar and island for additional seating! Beautiful tile floors and granite counters! Spacious master on main with king size bed and chaise lounge that overlooks the courtyard! Side porch and rear deck overlook Lake Colby, the fishing Pavilion and the boardwalk! Children will have hours of fun on this lake and riding bicycles in the community! Second Floor features a recreation room/bonus room with an additional TV and pullout sofa! Plus it opens to a large covered front porch providing Sunset views over Corpus Christi Bay! 3 additional bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a trundle bed!

Port Aransas: Situated inside the Port Aransas city limits, Cinnamon Shore is minutes away from excellent restaurants, boutiques, art galleries or happy hour at several local “watering holes.” We can schedule a tee time at the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course just one mile north of Cinnamon Shore, a fishing charter or dolphin watch through one of the local marinas less than four miles away or even arrange for a “massage.' You will never find yourself lacking for something to do here at Cinnamon Shore!
