Stunning!

Pictures can be deceiving, but this property is as exactly as it's pictured. I have very high standards and this property met every one of my requirements. It's beautiful and comfortable.

The Perfect Mill Valley Home

This property is absolutely wonderful. The views are amazing from the wrap-around patio. There is plenty of outdoor seating, along with an outdoor heater. The kitchen is perfectly set up with plenty of utensils, plates, glassware, pots, and pans. It is kid-friendly, which I appreciated having a 2yr old. (There were toys and crayons) Patti was a great host and was responsive when I had questions. Overall - great stay and would definitely consider booking again!

Better Than The Pictures!

My family (young kids and husband and I) stayed at Patti's house for about 8 weeks. The house is even nicer than it appears in the photos: new, modern bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful artwork, very clean, comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful and comfortable decks. Patti was a very responsive host. We had a minor problem connecting to the internet upon arrival and Patti and her husband responded immediately and we were able to sort it out very quickly. Other than that we needed little communication with her because everything in the house functioned properly and was easy to find. The area is about an 8 minute drive from grocery stores and restaurants but the abundance of beautiful hiking trails and beauty of the fog rolling in over the hills makes the drive worth it. It is quite close to San Francisco, Mill Valley, and Sausalito, and not too far from Sonoma and Point Reyes. We would definitely stay at Patti's again!

Better than advertised!!

The home is exceptionally stocked with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing vacation/trip. We took full advantage of the kitchen and espresso machine. My family likes to cook and eat. My children enjoyed playing with the toys, exploring in the yard and watching all of the birds and wildlife. The views are amazing and the home is so easy to relax in. Patti, is an amazing host who was very responsive and easy to work with. We are so thankful and grateful.

The house is perfectly situated on magical Mt. Tam overlooking the SF bay with water and tree views. Hiking trails, beach, city and the town of Mill Valley are all within 15 - 30 minutes.
