No rush hour here !! This cozy, smoke free, Island home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is perfect for a family vacation ! Prime location - off 11th street approx. 1.5 blocks from the beach. The upstairs level bunk-room sleeps 6, has a partial view of the ocean and has its own full bathroom. The main level has 1 more bedroom with a full bed and 1 full bath and a well-equipped kitchen. This home has an open living area with 2 long sofas for entertainment and a fun dining area. Don't forget the large balcony for relaxation after a day of fun in the sun. There's also a large fish cleaning table provided to finish up your day of fishing. A hot and cold outside shower is also a plus to this fun property! Member of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce. Great stay in this cute tiki house!

My friends and I really enjoyed the Port Aransas rental. The property was very clean and the decorating was so cute. I really loved the Tiki theme and all the care that went into the details. We had everything we needed for making the place just like home. If we didn't feel like cooking, it was only a couple of minutes drive to all the restaurants and bars Port A has to offer. A big standout, for us, was Venetian Hot Plate. The beach was a very short drive away. We recommend this property highly. We were travelling with another couple, and really this property would be best enjoyed by a family.

Perfect Family Vacation

This vacation home is perfect for a family getaway. The tropical atmosphere truly sets the mood for a beach vacation. The owner is easy to work with and very accomodating. The house is clean and comfortable. The upstairs bunkroom is perfect for kids and gives them (and Mom and Dad) their own space. The fully-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill means you can make all your meals at home on your own time and budget. And the washer and dryer allows you to go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes instead of dirty ones. We will absolutely be repeat visitors!

Clean, Cozy and just the right size! This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! I would certainly recommend to a friend. The owner contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again very soon.

*My only recommendation would be to have some kind of information on beach access and requirements for beach parking. (Maybe a map of the area)

Great place to stay

We stayed over 4th of July for one week at this fantastic house. It has everyhting you are looking for. You can BBQ your fish in the evening, very quiet area. all stores close by or even restaurants if you feel like eating out. The kids loved this house with the two story. They could not even wait getting back from the beach to be back at the house with this nice flair. The house is super clean and prepared when you get there. You only need to bring beach towels. We will for sure come back next year.

My husband and I rented this wonderful beach house in June and loved it! The beautiful, fun decor will put you on island time the minute you enter the house. It's a very clean and well-maintained house and property - and easy check in and check out make it no hassle vacay. We would definately stay here again and hope to soon.
