This exquisitely renovated 2,200sf duplex is in a full-service, doorman building, just steps from Central Park and the subway. Downstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, DVD player, and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a gigantic two person shower. Each of the two children's bedrooms has bunk beds, and one of them has an additional mattress underneath to accommodate an extra guest. The second full bathroom downstairs has a washer/dryer. Upstairs is a very sunny, open 40’ living/dining room, with a stereo, cable TV, DVD and VCR player. The cook’s kitchen has all new top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar with two stools, and a large pantry. Next to the living room, there is a spacious guest room with a convertible couch. Also upstairs is the third full bathroom. The apartment has tons of closets, Wi-Fi broadband Internet, and ceiling fans and air conditioners in every room.
