When travelling and staying in the vacation apartment ”Pariser Hof” it is more comfortable than going to an hotel. The quiet flat with high standard of living is located on the fourth storey (left hand when coming from the elevator) of a five floors new building in an Italian style. It has a high standard of comfort (micro wave, TV, music player, lift). The bright living room/bedroom/workroom has plenty of space (folding beds) and is furnished with a dining table, sofa-bed and desk. An elegant room divider separates the living area from the full equipped kitchen area. Also there is a large bathroom with bath tube. The South-facing balcony is located in front of the living room, equipped with outdoor furniture. It has a view of the nearby park without directly facing houses.

The apartment is located in the heart of the part of the city, right by the underground station (line No. 5) Weberwiese Station (entrance behind the house) and near Alexanderplatz (three stops) and 8 minutes on foot to Ostbahnhof (ICE Central Station) with suburban stations No. 3, 5, 6, 7, 9. Near the Central Station you get yet a partial view of the Berlin wall (remains) formerly dividing the city. There are also two bus-stations nearly opposite the house (day buses No. 340, No. 347; night buses No. 5 and No. 44). You will be well served by public transport. There is a large choice of shops and restaurants within radius of 100 yards.

As three women traveling together we really found this apartment to be a home away from home. It is well furnished, clean, comfortable and easy to find. Public transportation is nearby but the apartment is on a quiet street with a lovely little balcony.
Our only problem was the the washer instuctions are German only and you need to go to the 5th floor to get tokens to operate the machine.
We would certainly rent here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Das App. ist sehr realistisch beschrieben. Lage und Ausstattung waren ebenso wahrheitsgemäß wie die Sauberkeit (sehr sauber) und die Schlüsselübergabemodalitäten. Deshalb ist das App. jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man ein paar Tage in wirklich ruhiger Lage (U-Bahnnah) in Berlin verbringen möchte.

Großer Pluspunkt: die Sauberkeit, der Balkon und die Kochnische mit Kühlschrank!
