This 4,000 sq. ft. custom lake front home is situated on one acre gently sloped to the water.

Features include 3 bedrooms on the main level-- 1 King (Master) w/jacuzzi, 1 King and 1 Queen and 2 1/2 baths -- 12' ceilings in great room and one bedroom and 9' ceilings on remainder of first floor. Upstairs includes Bonus Room w/1 Queen, 2 Twins, crib and full bath and one bedroom w/queen. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the day either inside or out. The great room, sun room/office (w/ desk and high speed internet hookup) and large kitchen are open and bright with lots of windows overlooking the lake. There is a completed rec room in basement.. Watch the sunrise over the water from the front porch while sipping your morning coffee. Later in the day, take in the sunset from the deck under the pergola w/luxury seating accommodations. Relax on the boat dock under the gazebo or soak up the rays on the chaise lounge on beach. V

One slip available for your boat. Community boat launch, however, owner must be present for launch and retrieval of your boat.

Linens, paper towels, kitchen towels and toilet tissue provided.

Remainder of basement is almost finished which will add approx. 2000 square feet of iving space.

I have rented several vacation homes over the years and seldom do the houses live up to the pictures or description. This one does. This is a well cared for home with a great open floor plan. The deck is amazing with more than ample furniture. We spent every night out there around the firepit enjoying the beautiful sunsets and view of the lake. We did end up renting a pontoon for a day which I highly recommend if you don't have a boat. We went to Duke's Creek Marina who was great to deal with. It was not the closest to the house but they did allow you to pull a tube behind the boat.

The golf cart was a nice amenity and came in very handy. The owners have done a very nice job in taking care of all the small details that make you feel like you are staying at a close friend's house rather than a vacation rental.

Outstanding Lake Home

My family has been renting vacation homes for over 20 years and we found that this property was the nicest that we have encountered. The house is well designed and maintained--we appreciated the decor. Our family enjoys ping pong matches and this activity was a well-used. The large gas grill was a bonus for our cookouts, and the convenience of a nearby Food Lion was a big help. Several members of our family enjoyed fishing from the dock and netting turtles from the beach. The golf cart was a convenient transportation from house to dock.The owner, Bonnie, was especially helpful in arranging our stay, and we would recommend this property to any of our friends seeking a pleasant, relaxing week at the lake.

Comfortable family home right on the lake

Our family of seven adults and four small children enjoyed this home over the fourth of July week and had a great time. This home is very comfortable and well furnished with all the toys. It was nice that they provided the small amenities such as paper towels etc. With the small children a favorite and unique feature was the sandy beach and we all enjoyed the boat dock. We were fortunate to meet the owners and found them to be very hospitable and trying in every way to make this an enjoyable experience. I have no reservations about recommending Crescent Point, it was clean andwell maintained, just as portrayed on VRBO.

We have just returned from our week at Crescent Point. We were all so happy with our stay in your beautiful home. The house fit us perfectly. Your home is appointed so nicely from the overstuffed couches in the living room to the fire pit on the deck to "everything you need" in the kitchen! The air-hockey, ping pong table and wii was a big hit in the evenings!
We rented a Pontoon boat M-F and had lots of fun on the water. We visited the battlefields, Monticello, Univ. of Va, and King's Dominion. The Food Lion was a real convenience.
Thanks you for opening your home to me and my family. We have made a lot of memories this past week.
