I actually had booked 12 days in July 2015. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to family circumstances. Whe I notified Jack of my cancellation, I had a refund within 5 days. He was gracious and is a man of his word. I hope to be able to book with him in the future.
Four adults stayed at this lovely home the first week in October. It was very convenient to the park and the town of West Yellowstone. The homeowners were wonderful, greeted us and answered any of our questions. Kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to cook all of our meals at the house and pack picnics for the day.
This was the best vacation home we've ever stayed in! It was a perfect vacation home for our family of 12. This lovely home has a kitchen that is very well stocked, including a crock pot! It was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful view as well as the fire pit, waterfall and outside BBQ. We all went for a horseback ride and visited the rodeo not a just a block or two from the home. Michael was very attentive to our needs and we appreciated his availability when we had questions. Jack was a very gracious man and wonderful to talk with as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We would love to visit again! Pattie
We enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin was beautiful clean and so spacious. It rained most of time we were there making spending time in the park difficult at best, so needless to say we spend many hours in this lovely house. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped. Michael is such a nice man and was readily available when we needed him. I would highly recommend this cabin.
We just got back yesterday from a week at the ACInn. We had a great time, the home was everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen was great with everything you needed to cook with. There is a BBQ outside that was a plus. My wife and I used the downstairs bedroom and my sister and her husband used the loft bedroom. It gave everyone the privacy they needed. The beds were very comfortable. The spiral stairs were fun just don't use them if you have been drinking a lot. There is a gate installed for safety to prevent children from going down. There was a previous review that said the deck was in bad condition, that may have been but it was in good condition when we were there. There is a fire pit in the back yard that we used almost every night, that was fun. The waterfall in the backyard was a plus. We had it running when we were sitting outside and having a drink by the fire. The home is 7 miles from the park which was close enough and easy to get around. It is close to the Idaho state line so you can go just about anywhere from this location. Michael lives on the property and was a pleasure to deal with. We truly enjoyed our stay there and would go back in a heart beat.
My family stayed at the AC Inn for 3 days while visiting Yellowstone NP. This place is awesome with all the amenities of home, a beautiful view of the mountains, and only a few miles from the park's west entrance. It even has a garage that guests can use which was very convenient. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived, and was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the place is there is no bedroom on the main level, so you have to go up and down stairs. May not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Otherwise, a beautiful log cabin with a mountain view.
