This Designer's home is located in a new gated community, The Bridge at Jefferson, directly adjacent to Rancho La Quinta. It has a lovely open floor plan highlighted by a Great Room with an Entertainment Center which includes an HDTV, CD/DVD Player and Surround Sound System. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and Stainless Steel appliances, with dishes and glassware to serve 12. The Home has four bedrooms, including a private Casita, and three and a half baths. Each bedroom has fine European linens, down comforters and pillows, and is equipped with TV and Ceiling Fan.

The large Master Bedroom Suite features a bathroom with separate His and Her vanities, an oversize shower and separate soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom two has a King bed that can also be two Twins, Guest Bedroom three and the private Casita Guest Room have Queen beds. The large yard area is beautifully landscaped and provides picturesque views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The spacious covered Patio area is fully furnished, providing an extended outdoor living area, and features a built-in Stainless Steel Gas BBQ Grill. The Saltwater Pebble-Tec Pool and Spa has a tanning shelf with an Umbrella. There is a large side yard lushly landscaped and it features a Gazebo area.
