Our beautiful home is a two story Villa nestled in the gentle hills of the Florida Highlands and is genuinely unique among Central Florida's exclusive communities. All this and yet only a ten minute drive to Disney. Southern Palms had two master suits with king size beds, a queen size bed room and two twin bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The furniture package is upgraded throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The over sized pool area has a range of cushioned pool furniture, including loungers and chairs. The pool area is great for sunbathing and there is shelter from the sun or rain showers. A pool alarm is fitted at the kitchen door for children's safety. The double garage includes the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Reception is onsite in this gated community along with a maintenance staff. At night you can enjoy the fireworks from Disney while sitting out at the pool area.

A Fabulous Place to Stay

What a wonderful time we had in the Disney area staying in this luxurious home! After long days visiting the attractions in the Orlando area, we truly enjoyed returning to this comfortable and relaxing home, located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated that we felt like royalty. The children especially loved the pool area! We spent many hours relaxing on the beautiful patio. The house is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has all the equipment one would need. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. We wanted for nothing! When visiting the Orlando area in the future, I would definitely want to stay there again.

We had orignally planned to stay in Orlando so that we wouldn't miss anything, but we are so glad we stayed in Davenport! It was perfect! Private pool and fullly applianced kitchen. Lots of space to gather in and spacious bedrooms to retire to after busy days. Anything you would want to see or do is within ten or fifteen minutes. We shared the week with my brother's family and still had plenty of room. It was absolutely perfect!
