Renovated in 2007, this house is bright and clean with spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute drive to the 'drive on' beach, Nobadeer and Surfside. Town is approximately a 10 minute drive away and we are close to the bus shuttle stops, bike paths and convenience stores. On 8000sf and surrounded by lovely landscaping for your privacy, the deck and yard provide all your summer outdoor needs. Perfect for extended families. We will also consider a small well trained dog. This property represents excellent value and good quality on gorgeous Nantucket where your beach experience awaits you. Just pack up and go to the beach in the morning, return in the evening to enjoy the evening sunshine on the deck and cook out. A vacationers dream!

This house was perfect for our group. The living space was spacious and functional for entertaining. The bedrooms were also spacious and two of them had their own bathrooms. The house was clean and not cluttered which is really important to us. The road was quiet so the kids were able to ride their bikes safely. And being close to town and the beaches made getting around easy. The owners quick response to a couple of minor requests was great!
I recommend this home for vacation. The only problem was that we didn't stay long enough!

Beautifully maintained home in lovely neighborhood

We highly recommend this property. We are a family of six and found the house to be just as advertised! It is nicely decorated and impeccably maintained. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely private yard. It is close to Surfside beach and just off the bike path. There is also a bike shop not too far from the house. The location worked well for our family because it was a very quick ride into town, but in just a couple of minutes, you're on the bike path heading to Surfside or Sconset. It's also a very short distance to the seafood shop and the grocery store. We found the rooms to be more spacious than the photos actually showed and the owners were delightful to work with and very accommodating. We found the house to be a great value.
