Peaceful, charming,s pacious and comfortable home on one acre in the heart of the central coast wine country, at the edge of the quaint Danish village of Solvang. Beautiful views on one acre, fully equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, hardwood floors,sunken living room with fireplace, cozy dining area off kitchen, covered patio to lounge while sipping on of the areas fabulous wines. Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or bring the kids. Three bedrooms with lots of closets and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. Close to wineries and all local attractions. Experience 'Sideways' country at it's best. Use of pool in walking distance. New YMCA and gourmet grocery in walking distance. Very quiet and upscale neighborhood. Caretaker lives on property.
