From 'Iola' you'll partake in stunning ocean and virgin national park mountain views from huge custom-made mahogany arched windows. Giant wrap around deck on lower level with private studio apt. including kitchenette. This villa sits on its own, lush, out of the way 2/3 acre . Gaze from John Folly Bay, past Treasure Island' and out to the BVI. With a turn you'll see the other side of the island at Grootpan Bay. Enjoy an open floor plan and high vaulted beamed ceiling on the upper level. ( 1 - 4 people or both levels for 6) The large upper kitchen is granite and well equipped for making your own gourmet delights Enjoy lounging in the sea breezes of the tradewinds from the screened open air porch. Have an elegant twilight evening barbecuing in the brick and stone upper level courtyard.

'Iola' is located 10 minutes past Coral Bay 'Town' on the quiet end of St John. Suggest you rent a 4wd vehicle. From Cruz Bay cross island on Centerline Rd. Turn left at the 'Tourist Trap'. (If you get to Salt Pond Bay's (National Park) parking lot you went 1 turn too far. )Take Sugarbird Hill lane and go about 1 block to 'Y'. Turn right on 'Crab Curve'. Just drive up the Go all the way up and around Crab Curve Rd to the deadend of the road. There you may park at the top of home using the carport and walk down the stairway to 'Iola'.

Notes: Strongly suggest renting a 4 wheel vehicle for sightseeing from the many car rentals near the St John ferry dock or from St Thomas airport. There are paved roads all the way from the dock to the lower level of villa 'Iola' but the drive past the lower driveway to the upper level car port parking is a typical unpaved, bumpy, steep, island road. There is access and parking at the top and the bottom of the villa as Crab Curve goes past the villa property at both levels.
