The Bath contains an over-sized vanity w/ a large shower/tub. This condo has all new hardwood floors, a modern kitchen w/ new appliances. The living room is filled with a large modern couch, 32 inch TV w/DVD player, a full size washer & dryer and huge outdoor garden patio for cookouts. The condo is located less then 2.5 miles from the lake/beach, Theater district, Magnificent Mile, Gold Coast, Museums, Grant Park, Rush Hospital, Oprah studios & less then 15 miles from the airport. Excellent place to stay

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 4 days and had a brilliant time. The flat has everything that one needs and is located close to the city centre. The description was exactly as stated. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a positive experience. I would recommend this property to a friend.
Owner's Response: Conor and his friends were very courteous and took great care of my condo during their stay. Thanks for selecting my home for your own while visiting Chicago. I never did get that bottle of Irish Whiskey !!! :) Someday when my family visits Ireland I will ring you up !

A Beautiful accommodation at an excellent location in Chicago. It is very clean and well maintained. You have easy access to downtown and many restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen comes handy in the mornings for preparing real breakfast. There is a washing machine for your dirty clothes It is truly a home away from home. Friendly and helpful security guards provide a feeling of safety. I recommend this condo for anyone who is visiting Chicago

A wonderful week/Una bellissima settimana

I have been with my family ( my wife, 2 teens and 1 girl) in this apartment in May for one week. Chicago is always a wonderful place to be and this apartment has an excellent location, is absolutely clean and is much nicer than in the pictures: lot of space, bathroom are larger than they appear, very well equipped, everything well organized. The sight from the very large windows is spectacular, just go to the roof and you'll see Chicago in its best perspective. Something not to forget and to repeat in the future.

Sono stato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia ( mia moglie e tre figli ) in potere per una settimana. Chicago è sempre una bellissima città dove passare un po' di tempo e questo appartamento è posizionato benissimo, pulitissimo e decisamente migliore ripetto alle foto: un sacco di spazio, bagni più grandi di quanto appaiano in foto, molto ben fornito e tutto perfettamente organizzato. La vista dai grandi finestre è molto spettacolare, è sufficiente accedere al tetto e vedrete Chicago nella sua prospettiva migliore. Qualcosa di non dimenticare e di ripetere in futuro.

Our family of 5 (3 sons 15 - 23 years) stayed in this apartment in July and enjoyed it very much. It is spacious, modern, very clean, with everything needed to be extremely comfortable. The WEST LOOP is a lovely area and we felt very safe. Grocery stores are close and transport convenient. The walk to The Sears Tower and sights around there is very easy and interesting from this place. We had a car which needed to be parked, Deepak (Peter) has a space available which we used. Deepak was extremely helpful before we arrived with lots of information emailed to us about Chicago and how to save $$$ when sightseeing. We had a great time and would recommend this accomodation highly.

Great Location

My family spent a week at this wonderful condo and loved everything about it. The location is wonderful and close to everything. We found the unit very clean, fresh and almost feeling brand new and even nicer than we saw on the website. The neighborhood is very safe, close to the Sears Tower and all the sights. We walked to the grocery stores down the street (Dominicks/Safeway), which is very close. The owner gave us great tips on where to go eat and was so nice that we almost felt like having a new friend. Highly recommend to everyone who can get on the calendar as it seems that they book up pretty far in advance.

We used the indoor parking which was cheap at $25/day and could come and go as we pleased. Nice to have a deeded space in the building...no hassle driving around looking for a parking space.
