Beautiful view but totally uncomfortable

The view was gorgeous and the complex was quiet, the people were nice people, and had nice amenities---of which I knew nothing about as I would have brought my tennis racquet so I could have enjoyed the courts. The beach is gorgeous, we had wonderful weather, and enjoyed exploring the Crystal Coast.
BUT.......This place sleeps maybe two on the only sleepable bed in the master bedroom. My sister and I are in our 50s and thought even though it was a one bedroom we would each find our own bed. We ended up sleeping together on the queen bed in the MB, not fun and not what we planned. All the other beds are unsleepable they are so broken down and uncomfortable or squeek so badly you wake yourself up. The blankets for the bed are in pieces and shredderd and disgusting. Even the laundry basket is broken! The view is nice but there is NOTHING comfortable to sit in to view it and relax. There is nothing in the entire unit to to relax in comfortably. When we arrived one of the plastic balcony chairs was broke. One of the captins chairs that allow you to actually "see" over the rail was broke, the sofa was flithy and sinks in when you sit, the carpet is flithy with large stains of a dark color. The kitchen in inhabited by ants.....and even the wine opener is broken. I asked for a list of contents but no one was able to provide me with one. One gets the impression that no one really cares about the interior of this unit and they are renting it to ruin---hey no need to wait, it's there! Yes it was small and yes if it was equiped properly it could sleep six and be a neat place. However, not sure why you would want six people there even in the best of conditions. Two people MAX fit on the balcony at any one time and only four can dine at the table. The kitchen utensils are of extreme low quality so it is impossible to cook. The stove "smokes" every time you turn it on, the refridgerator has a broken metal piece that sticks out at the bottom that my sister and I caught our ankle on when walking by at least 5 times each.
But you know what, we made the best of it and said nothing until now as we didn't want a week of negativity. So it one of those live and learn. I have rented every year on the NC or SC coast for years and I can honestly say that this is a beautiful spot and the unit has a beautiful view but this unit is so unbearably uncomfortable and lacks any kind of amenity (not even a comfortable chair) to enjoy the beautiful space it occupies.
Owner's Response: The feedback regarding the cleaning issues are greatly appreciated and have been addressed with the company we were using.
It is our desire that you be comfortable and enjoy your stay, and were deeply dissapointed by the lack of attention and updates we received from our cleaning service.
Future guests should note that the unit is a "One - Bedroom" and most suited to two adults and 2-3 children. More than this and it would be recommended they stay in a 2-3 bedroom unit.

We have owned and rented our condo out for the past several years and have many returning guests. When they bring something out of sorts to our attention, it is promptly taken care of.
As always, I provide my phone number to all guests and encourage them to reach out to me if something is not right during their stay. While we do not live in the area, we have someone next door that will correct problems if we know about them.
