Casa Mot Mot is a newly built, two-story Costa Rican home set within the privacy of the peaceful tropical rainforest and equipped with all the modern conveniences and comforts of your own home. Located at a walking distance from the coastal town of Quepos & only a few kilometers away from beautiful sandy beaches, this rainforest villa can be opened up completely to the terrace overlooking the private pool and jacuzzi, allowing for a tropical outdoor living experience and inviting the mountain breezes to cool the interior and offering you a daily birds-eye view of the regular Titi and White-faced monkey visits!! For your pleasure and comfort, Casa Mot Mot offers the following amenities: Phone, A/C, Cable TV, and CD player, a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and kitchen utensils including coffee maker and blender, an outdoor gas grill, and an in-house washer and dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided with daily cleaning service, which is provided at no additional charge.

Walk to Town: Casa Mot Mot is located at a 3-5 minutes walking distance from the small town of Quepos, where you will find super markets, pharmacies, and clothing boutiques, as well as the brand new, world-class Pez Vela Marina. We are at a quick 7 minutes driving distance from the National Park and the Manuel Antonio beach, approximately 3 hours driving from the San Jose International Airport, and 15 minutes from the Quepos airport. Transportation throughout this area is affordable and convenient and can be arranged by your Property Manager free of charge.

Payment Structure: In order to confirm your reservation we require a rental deposit of 50% of the rental amount upfront. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the rental period for standard weeks, and 60 days before the rental period for holiday weeks (e.g. Christmas and New Years). Upon arrival, a fully refundable damage deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you would need to cancel your reservation, 100% of the rental deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 transaction and booking fee) provided that the reservation is canceled with 30 days’ notice or more. With less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, 50% of the rental payment will be refunded (minus a $100 transaction and booking fee). With less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation, no percentage of the rental payment will be refunded.
