Unwind in the spacious living area, where ample seating offers room for the entire group to watch a movie on the 60” Smart TV. A pool table provides hours of fun, and a breakfast table is perfect for family game night. Whip up tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as helpful gadgets and cookware. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for six.

This home offers four bedrooms. Find comfort in the tranquil main suite, which boasts a 40” smart TV and private access to the screened porch. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is fitted with a queen Murphy bed, while the guest bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom offers a comfortable bed, 40” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a queen Murphy bed and 40” smart TV.

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco for eight on the screened patio, equipped with a bench swing and 51” TV. Spend sunny days by the heated 6'-deep pool in the lush backyard. Soak up the sun on multiple loungers or at a patio table for four. This canal-front home offers its own private dock, perfect for fishing or tying up a boat (up to 30’).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
