Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country on the bank of the Comal Springs, this charming 800 square-foot historical cottage is fully furnished with a kitchen, fireplace, and central air and heat. The cottage is set-up for a romantic get-away for couples. (only one couple on the property at a time). The screened-in porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and the peaceful views. Prepare your lunch on a gas grill in the outdoor stone living area, then top off your evening by the chiminea around a stone cocktail table. There are six flagstone patios terraced down to the Comal Springs for dining, reading and relaxing. The lower terrace features a semi-private swimming and floating area and a charcoal grill at the river bank. The location, serenity and privacy create a paradise for winter (year-round) travelers looking for a weekend get-away or an extended stay.

The spring water is a Texas treasure and enjoyed by all as they canoe, kayak and float in their own private water area.
