Charming Victorian home built in 1882, and totally redone in early 1990's due to fire. Step into a bygone era...church bells ringing in morning and evening; walking distance to restaurants, live theater, bars, boat trips and tours of the city in horse drawn carriage surrounded by history. This beautiful rental has high ceilings, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, sun room, full kitchen, eat in kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, quiet garden in back of the house, off street parking for 3 to 4 cars and a spacious covered front porch. Positives: clean, spacious, beautiful porch and back yard, only 3-4 blocks from downtown, 20 - 30 minutes from various beaches, VERY reasonable price, very accomodating and friendly owner

Drawbacks/Things to be aware of: Odor - musty or cat, home appears to be lived in part-time so personal items are there

Overall: Very nice home and an enjoyable weekend!!!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
