Charming 40sqm fully furnished studio available for short term rentals directly with the owner. The studio is located Avenue Victor Hugo, 10 min walking from the Champs-Elysees and 5 min from Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. It has a double bed, double sofa bed, desk, fully equipped kitchen; freshly painted bathroom with bathtub and full amenities, 32'' flat screen, DVD player, HI-FI, Wireless High Speed Internet, Cable TV, land phone with free calls to more than 90 countries, etc. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a luxurious building with a view over a 2,000 sqm private garden. You never feel like you are in the middle of a huge city! Very sunny apartment with large windows. Elevators and 24h security are available in the building. Clean bed sheets and towels are provided along with cleaning once per week. Additional cleaning is provided for an extra cost upon request. The apartment can host 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults with ease.

The apartment is 5 min walk to the main entrance of the Bois de Boulogne: Paris' largest park and, according to Frommers, one of the most spectacular parks in Europe: jogging, row-boating, bicycling, picnics, horseback riding, shooting, restaurants ... and, for kids, Jardin d'Acclimatation: French icon Guignol puppet theatre, a zoo, amusement park, pony rides, golf driving range, and a narrow-gauge railway. It is 10 min walk to the beautiful Trocadero Gardens (children playground, carrousel, fountains ... and, straight across, the Eiffel Tower). 2 subway stops from classy Jardins du Ranelagh: with poneys rides & Guignol theatre, Marmottan Monet museum (vast collection of Impressionist works second only to that of Musée d'Orsay -- museum offers discovery tours for children), 18th Century Balzac's house museum with period furnishing, personal belongings & writing samples -- for design lovers, Foundation Le Corbusier, and Mallet-Stevens street entirely build by the architect.

The apartment is ideally located in the 16th district of Paris, at the edge of the 8th just behind the Arc of Triomphe. Champs Elysees, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower, are all at easy walking distance. So are shopping areas: Av. Victor Hugo, Champs Elysées (English newspapers, movies and books readily available), Av. Montaigne & Faubourg St Honoré. More than we expected!

This apartment is a gem! Very close to metro & bus systems, secure bldg., excellent queen mattress, not just a sofa bed as so many studios have. free wireless internet kept us in touch with family & business, frig & stove so useful. within the neighborhood is a grocery store with basics & novelty foods, several restaurants as well. We especially liked "Stella's" on the corner a couple of blocks towards the Arc d' Triomphe. The owner met us at the door exactly at the time we had anticipated we would arrive, and gifted us with a very nice bottle of wine, an especially cordial touch. there was even instant coffee, dried milk & brown sugar cubes as well as cookies & a few other unexpected goodies in cupboard & frig. no noise, the apt has a little terrace with table & 2 chairs overlooking a lovely garden area in back. cable TV & radio & CD player as well. although there is a futon that can convert to a bed & a sofa bed as well, i am not recommending it for families with small children or teenagers only because the building is so nice & quiet, if a family has noisy children that are running about, it would infringe on the tranquility of the other residents. but the owner might accept them.i don't know if pets are accepted or not, it was not an issue with us. we recommend this apt. highly!

Amazing!

We just came back home from a 7 nights stay in this lovely Parisian studio and one word remains "Amazing"!

The welcoming is done by the owner and the attention he gives us is just great. There was fresh water, juice, sodas, coffee, tea and biscuits waiting for us upon our agreed early check-in...

The location is perfect within the fanciest neighborhoods and the garden view is wonderful inside a big city like Paris.

Highly recommended!

Our two days on Victor Hugo Street in Paris

The owner provided excellent customer service, welcoming us with fresh croissants, bottled water and fruits. He also provided us with detailed information on sites to see. The location is superb, in a quiet district of Paris which is close to the Tracadéro, Eiffel Tower and l'Arche de Triomphe. The apartment is very small yet cozy and clean and the beds were extremely comfy. The balcony overlooked a quiet garden located at the back of the building. One would never think they were in Paris because of the stillness and sounds of birds singing. No sounds from neighbours, on either sides. We enjoyed the wireless internet in the apartment, the nearby bakery and bistros and restaurants, banks and other shops.

The "gardienne" who is responsible for the building was also very accommodating and friendly.

Lovely location and great service

My husband and myself stayed in the apartment beginning of May for 5 nights and I we were amazed by the location of the apartment! It is directly located on the avenue victor hugo and litteraly 10 minutes walking from the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower :-) The apartment is very nicely designed and is located on the upper floor of a luxurious building.
The balcony had a lovely seating area and the garden view was great.
Most of all, what was outstanding was the service we received from Mr. Masri who provided us with tips for our stay and all amenities we needed during our stay such as water, juice, wine, biscuits, coffee, etc.!
We will definitely come back very soon...
