Bella Vista was originally a Retirement Village with 6 full size golf courses and is a major Golf Destination. Home has 3 Huge Bedrooms each with a bath as well as 3 front Doors.. Can be used by 3 small families, since there is privacy, yet has central family room full kitchen and dining area. Each Bedroom has a Bath, Queen Bed & Hide-abed. Plenty of off-street parking with area for parking your boat. Handicap ramp on front deck. Laundry facilities. Has 60 foot wide rear deck with Grill. The House is directly behind the Tennis Courts Pool Complex and Exercise Facility. Kids can walk to the Pool, Tennis Courts & Mini-Golf. Full size Golf Complex with 36 Holes and restaurant is within 3 Blocks. Great fishing at nearby Beaver Lake or at Bella Vista lakes.

Guests can get temporary membership cards allowing them to pay ordinary fees for this recreation experience.

Bella Vista is a major Golf Destination and has 6 Golf Courses. The House is next to the community Swimming pool and Tennis Courts. Also has 4 small lakes but the well known fishing and diving lake, Beaver Lake, is within 1 Hour Drive. A North/South Interstate Highway US 540 provides quick access.
