The house has been substantially updated and is in excellent condition, yet it still possesses the up-north charm that you would expect from a Charlevoix cottage. There are 3 full bedrooms upstairs with a King, Queen, 2 Twins and 2 full cribs and another full bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. There is DIRECTV in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. In addition, there are 2 full bathrooms (one upstairs and one down.) The house is equipped with 2 strollers, beach chairs, a new BBQ, a fire pit, highchair, new refrigerator, linens, towels, silverware, plates, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is meant for entertaining and sure to impress all guests for large gatherings. Enjoy the following amenities: *2 blocks from town *4 blocks from Lake Michigan *Hot Tub and Barbeque on back patio and fenced large yard *Completely furnished with linens, towels, silverware, and dishes *Fireplace, Central Heating and Air Conditioning *Big Screen TV with DIRECTV
