  • Once weekly, housekeeping service is included in the rental rates. Additional cleanings are $20.00
  • Repeat renters are eligible for a discounted rate. Please inquire with owner.
  • In the event of a holiday reservation, which includes Christmas, New Years, and American Thanksgiving, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. You will be required to sign a damage deposit form upon arrival to your property for $500.00 US$ dollars. Your damage deposit form will remain on file until after your departure and may be used to cover costs of damages, replacement of missing items and cleaning beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the owner.

Some additional information: Casa de Dante is walking distance to everything – discos, incredible restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bars, and most importantly Los Muertos beach! Weekly maid service is included in your rental. If would you like more frequent service please inquire with Casa de Dante for arrangements. Interested in getting pampered?
