Spend the beautiful Vineyard Fall season in this luxury home. Recently completed in 2009 and designed by Patrick Ahearn, the home is located in the village on historic South Summer Street on a large, very quiet in-town lot. The home has 5 bedrooms (all private baths), four in Main house and one in Carriage House and five fireplaces. Two story Great Room has a media center, seating area and a banquette. Gourmet kitchen has granite counters, 48” Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator and wine refrigerator. A wet bar and butler's pantry connects to a formal /Dining Room. The parlor has an attached office/game room. French doors in both the Great Room and Living Room open to a private brick porch with outdoor fireplace. The 2nd floor has Master suite with its own fireplace, whirlpool tub and a private deck, and two other bedrooms, one also with private deck. Third floor bedroom has its own private sitting/TV area. Carriage House suite also has private deck. Has Walk Score of 72 'Very Walkable'
