This house is located in the heart of Alton Bay, on private road. Walk downstairs to the dock Two bedrooms, equip eat in kitchen, large family room with fire place, screen in front porch, 3 season back porch, washer/dryer. Basement maybe used for storage. Wood stove, electric heat. If you like to ski, snow mobile, ice fish or snow shoe, this is the place for you. Gunstock is 14 mile and Mount major is 5 miles. There are many activities on the lake right off the dock; ice fishing, ice skating and the annual winter carnival and more....
