Come stay at this beautiful historic home in downtown Merida. Located in the quaint Santa Ana neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Cathedral and Paseo Montejo, this house is ideally located and is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, museums, Teatro Peon, and much more. The house also has a garage to store your rental car so that you don't have to worry about street parking when you return from short day trips around Merida.

The house was fully renovated in 2005 by renowned architect, Salvador Reyes, and is fully equipped with the latest amenities, including wireless internet, air conditioning, and maid service. The house was designed to maintain its Yucatecan architectural style so that the location of doors and windows allow for natural ventilation. The large dining room. located just off the kitchen, and facing a lilly-filled pond, is the ideal place to relax. Come and stay at Casa del Naranjo and enjoy the relaxation and comfort that the house has to offer!

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Merida, Yucatan / Mayan Riviera

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rental include housekeeping (Frequency depends on lenght of stay).
  • Minimum: 3 nights stay
    $275 / night
    $1850 / week
    Up to 9 people.
    Additional utilities charge apply for any rental between June 1st and September 15th (US $20 per day)
    From December 10th through January 5th, night rate is $350, weekly rate is $2300.
  • 50% upon reservation, 50% 15 days prior to arrival. Additional security deposit required. The security deposit is not cashed. Accept online payment with Credit Card, PayPal, personal checks, wire transfers in US, EU, or Mexico.
