Don't waste your money on a tiny hotel room when you can have all the comforts and spaciousness of this beautiful condo! We have included everything to make your vacation enjoyable! Additional information about rental rates

  • All rates include 13% Florida sales and lodging tax and $45 cleaning fee.
  • Refundable security and electronic pass/key deposit of $100 required upon booking. Will be returned within 10 days of check-out once unit has been inspected, provided there is no damage and electronic pass/keys are left in the unit upon departure.
  • Half of the total amount due is payable immediately upon booking and the balance is due 30 days before check-in date. If check-in date is less than 30 days from time of booking, total amount will be payable at time of booking. An invoice will be sent to renter with amount due and instructions for payment. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments, certified check or money order. Credit card payments may be made online. A rental agreement will also be forwarded with invoice and will need to be signed and returned with payment.

Notes: Unit is located on the second floor. No elevators in the buildings so not suitable for anyone who cannot climb one flight of stairs. Car is recommended. There is no free shuttle service from Legacy Dunes to the theme parks.

In addition, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and all Orlando attractions are just a few miles farther. You will find every exciting activity you can imagine to make your vacation the most memorable ever!

Local Activities: Within a few minutes drive of your condo you will find multiple restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, mini golf, department stores and golf courses. Go a little further and you will find large shopping malls and outlet centers, fishing (including bass fishing at the famous Kissimmee Lake Toho), beaches within 50 miles, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, and every attraction you can imagine! If golf is your passion, the area is famous for it's beautiful courses. Just take your pick!

When you have had all the excitement and entertainment you need for the day, come back to your peaceful paradise at Legacy Dunes and relax. Enjoy the pool, play a game of tennis, workout in the exercise room, cook up some steaks on the grill or just sit and watch a movie in your beautifully furnished and equipped condo. We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was close to everything and was very nicely maintained. The owner was very nice and answered any questions we had. We never had a chance to use the fitness room or game room but loved that it was available. It gave us all the comforts of home for an awesome price. I would highly recommend this condo.

Close to Disney

This was great for our family. Very close and conv. to Disney parks. A quiet location. My children loved the pool and it was not crowded at all. Erin (owner) was great to communicate with questions etc. My husband was thankful for the well equipped kitchen!

Perfect for a Disney Vacation

This was a perfect location for our visit to the Disney locations.
The condo is very clean and well furnished. We didn't check out the complete resort, because we got up early to be in the parks on time and didn't come home till it was pretty late. So I can't give info on the pool and fitness room.
A Publix is just down the road, so you can get your shopping done.
I would recommend this condo anytime and stay again when Disney is on our agenda.
Erin was great in responding to any questions we had. Before and while we were there.
As I mentioned above: This condo can absolutely be recommended!
