It includes everything you could possibly need for a fabulous beach vacation. Dark hardwood floors, tasteful furnishings and numerous amenities make the cottage the ultimate cozy beach house. The house has everything you need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and hassle free. The one car carport fits a compact vehicle and eliminates the need for hunting down in-demand parking spaces. After a day at the beach or the bay, enjoy a BBQ on the Cottage's front patio. Check out the nightly fireworks from Sea World or enjoy one of the many excellent Mission Beach restaurants and clubs. Island Court Cottage allows house trained pets and has a pak and play available. ALSO - this is a duplex - check with us if you don't see your dates - our other unit may be open.

This area of North Mission Beach is a peninsula of residences with the Pacific Ocean on the west and Mission Bay to the east. Guests can choose from the busier boardwalk with lots of activity and people watching, or the quieter bay side. Bike riding, roller blading or strollng are popular activities on either side. The location is fantastic, as there is a bus stop on Mission Beach Blvd. which goes to the main transit center. Shopping is also easy as there are many small convenience stores close by as well as a Ralph's Supermarket and Trader Joe's - each about a mile away. This location is just 15 minutes drive to all main features in San Diego; Sea World, Zoo, Gaslamp, Downtown, Seaport Village. The amusement park is only one block south, and the choice of restaurants close by is great!
