SCROLL DOWN TO SEE AVAILABILITY AND RATES Beautiful luxury home located 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. Residence has over 2,800 square feet, with bamboo floors throughout the home. Electric heated pool , (with golf course and lake views) is surrounded by lush landscaping for privacy. Wildlife abounds with various birds, deer, and an occasional bald eagle soaring up above. If you choose to dine in, the kitchen offers all you need to prepare a great meal. It has cherry cabinets, granite countertops, Subzero refrigerator, Wolf cooktop, and Thermador double ovens. Relax after a day in the sun, with a 50 inch wide screen television and Comcast high speed internet. Area attractions include Mote Marine, St. Armands Circle, Selby Gardens, Jungle Gardens, The Ringling Museum, Casey Key, Longboat Key, and so much more. 18 hole golf course is open to the public with the clubhouse less than a half mile from the home.

Further details for this vacation house rental in Sarasota, Florida

Golf, Swim, Beaches and Boating: We are located about 7 straight miles down to the beach. We call it the 20 minute solution, as you are able to literally be on the beach with the umbrella set up, within 20 minutes of decidng to. I think one of the best things about the location, is that if you like golf, we are a half mile from the clubhouse, and it is open to the public. If you enjoy boating, we are within minutes of several marinas and boat rental outlets. Fishing is as close as the back yard, or saltwater fishing is a short drive. There are some great places for kayaking and canoeing and two state parks less than 10 miles from our home. If we may be of assistance regarding activities or suggestions, please let us know.
