  • *Pet's Welcome. Picture required*
  • To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rate for however long you will be staying. We require the 70% remaining rate paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent the house 60 days or less of your arrival, we ask that the payment be paid in full .There will be a $300.00 refundable damage deposit added. This is just incase something is damaged during your stay. If you are staying less than a week, a $20.00 cleaning fee will be added.If everything looks great, please give us 30 days or less to return your $300.00 damage deposit.
  • *Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.
    *NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.
    * A monthly rental is a 4 week stay, Saturday to Saturday.*

Notes: The kitchen is fully equiped with a breakfast bar that seats 4, dishwasher, stainless steel frigerator, electic stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes. The dining area has a table that sits 4 comfortably and is surounded by windows so you can enjoy the veiw as well as dinner.The living area is nice and cozy with satilite cable and a sterio system that you can hear inside as well as outside. On the back of the house is a lage deck overlooking Cotton Bayou. This is a great place to relax and enjoy watching the boats go by while having a cup of coffee and a crossword pizzle in the morrning or at any time of the day. Downstairs is a private swimming pool with an outdoor living area.

There is Charter Boat Fishing, Fishing on or off the Gulf State Park Pier, Scuba Diving and snorkeling, Surfing, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parisailing and Dolphin Cruises. There is 13 Premir Golf Courses, Waterville U.S.A. Tracks, Put-Put, The Gulf Coast Zoo, Nature Trails in the State Parks, Bird Watching, Bicycling, and The Historic Fort Morgan, where the unforgettable words 'Damned the Torpedoes' and 'Full Speed Ahead' were made famous by Admiral Farragut during the Civil War. Fort Morgan also has a Ferry Boat that takes you to and from Dauphin Island where you can shop, eat and site see.

Faith Haven is cozy, relaxing and pet friendly. The pool and fishing pier are private. The property is well kept and everything you need is provided just add a bathing suit and sunscreen! We loved sitting on the deck at sunset and watching dolphins make thier way down the bayou. Lots of great seafood restaurants in the area. The beautiful town of Fairhope is only 45 minutes away with great shopping and Panini Petes for lunch is well worth the drive! Faith Haven is a perfect getaway for couples or friends.
