Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing and/or fun Caribbean beach vacation. New in the market. Two floor ocean front PH. First floor is a spacious 1,173 sq/ft area with three A/C bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, elegant living and dining area with A/C and a beautiful ocean view. Second floor is a 400 sq/ft game room with TV, A/C and a Brunswick 'all in one' pool/ping-pong/hockey table. Finally, a 788 sq/ft open terrace with view to the Atlantic ocean and an excellent view to our National Rainforest El Yunque. Located 25 minutes from the San Juan International Airport, 40 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the nearest golf course, 20 minutes from Wall-Mart and The Outlets, 35 minutes from El Yunque National Rainforest and less then an hour from other attractions.

Loiza is less than a hour from beautiful attractions like: the magic of Old San Juan*, El Yunque National Rain Forest nominee as one of the New 7 Wonder*, horse and car racing, Luquillo Beach, horse rides, golf courses, Las Cabezas de San Juan*, our largest shopping mall, catamaran rides, casinos, fine cuisine, Park of Science. More than a hour, white sand beaches at Vieques and Culebra islands, Ponce city, Hacienda Buenavista*, Caverns of Rio Camuy.* * Highly recommended

  • This villa was prepared with teenagers requirements for constant entertainment. They will never get bored during the night. Other places shuts down their fun pools early and then you go back to an apartment with no entertainment for youngsters, here you will find your private game room with a/c surround system tv,stereo and dvd. Pool table, hockey and ping pong. BBQ under the stars on your private terrace with views from El Yunque National Rainforest and the Atlantic ocean. We have the best views from Malibu because we are in the corner with no buildings in front of us.

I enjoyed my stay. This villa is quiet, relaxing, and have everything you need for fun and entertainment. We were able to entertain ourselves at home without having to leave the villa once we did groceries. I will encourage anyone to stay at this villa.
