Fantastic location - Only steps away from the best Newburyport has to offer: water front parks, outdoor music, coffee shops, famous restaurants, cool retail shops, antique shops, galleries and the Boardwalk on the Waterfront. Park your car and walk to everything. Only 100 yards from Cashman Park (on the river) and just 4 miles or a 30 minute bike ride to the best sandy beaches north of Boston – Plum Island. Maudsley State Park is equally as close, offering extraordinary hiking and cycling trails. Three large bedrooms on the second floor and a master suite with a private deck on the third. Lovely back yard patio, open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen. A great home for socializing and relaxing.

Our family (6 adults and 3 kids) loved this house--well appointed, fabulous kitchen, plenty of room, great location--overall perfect. The house is very open so we weren't tripping over each other. We watched fireworks over the water from the upstairs deck. Had most of our meals on the backyard patio. We were able to walk just across the street to a park for the kids and to a boardwalk that went along the harbor. Easy walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We would rent again in a hearbeat.

We rented this property for a family wedding weekend. It was perfect. There were 8 of us, including my one year old son. Plenty off room for all of us and relaxing atmosphere for the down time we had. Very close to town/shops for quick errands or grabbing a bit to eat. Owner was very nice, and easy to work with. Would recommend staying here!
